Shopping is quiet in after hours shopping, as long as you don't mind going around the restocking personnel. Checkout at after hours is fast and easy.
I found shopping on line and picking up in the store a really great experience. The Customer service was excellent and timing was quick. I plan to do more. Thank you for such a good experience at Wal-Mart.
A Sam's club just next door, makes convenient. Seems like it has more registers open. Self serve checkout is staff assisted on last visit.
It's always nice to go to Walmart and save money. I enjoy the movie selections for the DVDs and CDs. I also have a Sam's Club membership. Most of the time I prefer Walmart. Sam's Club is better for bulk item purchase whereas Walmart is much more convenient for individual portions. Being single and every 64 your old person needs to have an individual type shopping experience. On the average I spend between Sam's Club and Walmart close to $10,000 a year. You can find anything you need in both locations. We appreciate the Walton family and their vision to make shopping economical and pleasant. The only complaint I would have is that the checkout lines or sometimes congested. It seems that no matter what time of the day you go it's that you have to wait 15 minutes or more to check out. And and I would hope that you do something to address this problem.
Customer service dept was staffed with only 2 registers open for returns and exchanges at the height of the 5pm to 9pm rush. A bit of a 15 to 20 minute wait for returns and exchanges at the customer service center.
I have come to this location on a number of times to get things that I need. It never occurred to me to complete a review. The store seems to always have what I need and is easy to get in and out. The self-checkout Lanes always function and were convenient enough to get in and get my shopping done without being stalled by checkout. I have also enjoyed the selection of the fruits and vegetables that I was able to purchase and this location. It seems that they are in line with what I will find in the local farmer's markets.
Not 20 minutes ago I had a WONDERFUL experience I feel I have to share! I was looking for a very specific gift for my 6 year old daughter. I couldn't find it anywhere, so I asked a young man if they had it and he went way out of his way to find it and when he couldn't he checked to see if they had it in stock. He was able to determine they had it, but it wasn't on the floor. He then went to the back and came back with another young man who said the gift I needed was still on the truck and to try back later tonight. I thanked them both wished them a merry Christmas and continued shopping. Now a third young man led me to another toy I was looking for. While choosing a color the second employee came running out of the back with exactly the gift my little girl asked for! I was am still blown away by the customer service those 3 gentlemen showed!I can't thank them enough.Merry Christmas you 3!
Open 24/7, a large store, although higher pricing on some products due to (geographically sensitive) pricing. Has more products availability than smaller Wal-Mart stores.
