Convenient location. In a shopping center with Sam's, Lowe's, and Walmart. Store has a wide variety of things. I went shopping for clothes and got a good selection. Store is fairly clean but could use some better organization with clothes. Also the dressing room could use some dusting but overall the lighting is good and they were roomy.
Getting new shoes. Always get my shoes at Kohl's. Great price, when using Kohl's cash, and 20% off coupon. Nice deal !
Worst customer service I have ever had. Because I did not have my 30% coupon on me they told me they couldn’t help me. So I asked if I could place the order online from in store since I knew the code, which I did. However it made it more difficult because I had an infant with me I was trying to take care of while scanning and putting in my information. So rather than helping me, Kohls is paying to have it shipped to me instead of helping me in store.
Always a good experience when visiting this location! Plenty of selection, store is generally neat and organized. Usually pretty busy. Customer service is awesome as usual!
