Sometimes just "showing up" is enough since so often contractors are less than responsible. But Jerry's not only shows up, they get the job done right and often go above and beyond. This week they came to do some service work and noticed there were a few bushes in the yard that needed to be planted. Next thing I knew they were in the ground. Going above and beyond, that's Jerry's and we really appreciate it!!
These people took forever. They are still not done to this day. I just don't understand why it is so difficult to communicate what is going on. If you says you are coming out, you come out. but don't make promises you can't keep. I would not hire them again for anything !
Jerry's installed new windows, siding, and stone on our house and we couldn't be happier! It looks like a new house! The workmanship is excellent and working with Jerry was so easy and the pricing couldn't be beat! We love hearing people tell us how great our house looks now--especially our neighbors!
Best siding job I have ever seen. Rain was coming in to my new house and it was an urgent situation, they were fast and was able to find the Cedar siding I needed for repairs, they found other sections of the original siding dry rotting and went above for me. I had them come out to do my gutters. All there woke is quality. I can't say enough about how everything looks. Prices are very fair. Receptionist is friendly and compassionate, I won't use any other company from here on out. They are STUCK with me!
No one ever showed up or called. When I called the office to see what happened, Danielle who answered the phone was very RUDE. If you need work done, do yourself a favor and find someone else. My experience is that Jerry's siding will only delay your needs.
