I'm from out of town, here on work. I take an uber to here to get my hair cut. The go tells me and I quote " I can cut your hair but I'm not good at it, I'm just being honest. It won't look good." What??? I asked her if she's not good at cutting hair why does she work at a hair cutting salon. Her response " why not " she's doing this all while text on her cell phone. She then told me I should complain about it.

Terrible management. The salon had no neutralizing shampoo for a week now. I scheduled an appointment to get my hair done and luckily I called before I went down there...still not in yet even thought the manager said she would personally bring some in the next day. The ladies at the salon are very pleasant though. Not their fault.
i wanted to get my hair done and it was about 7pm and i waited for someone to come help me . 30 minutes later the girl was still on her phone laughing . i never got helped . i would just go to greatclips across the street
