Melissa was very helpful, very knowledgeable and easy to work with, knew what I wanted and was able to get me what I wanted. The whole process took less than an hour, paper work, loan processing, and scheduling. I am a satisfied customer.
Arlene our sales person was excellent. She carefully listened to our recliner requirements (knee replacement surgery in near future). Then she showed us several recliners that met those requirements. She also described the features and options available for each. She made the shopping experience very pleasant and easy. We were impressed with the number and variety of recliners on the showroom floor.
Buying from the this store was good. Dealing with shipping is a massive headache. First, store input the wrong address. Which meant we could not get our furniture delivered on the designated day. Second, when we called to get everything corrected, the distribution center told us to call the store for re-scheduling and gave us the run around. The individual at the store was extremely rude to my wife and decided to have an attitude. Still waiting on new delivery invoice....This is ridiculous. I recommend going to a different store.
Quintin Tate was fabulous! From the time he approached us, to him explaining the charges from my sale. Not only was he informative about Lazboy products, his personality interacting with me and my husband was very friendly and personable. We are just as happy to encounter him as we were fir my husband to decide on his new recliner. Quintin is a valuable asset to Lazboy. Although I'm moving to Cecil County. I will travel back to buy my furniture from him. Thank you!
