Roy and Margaret seem like they shoot down everything I ever presented to them. They act like they know everything, but I have found out after researching, how wrong they are a lot of the time. I'm sure they deal with people looking for advise like me all day and there's lot's of folks leaving their store with their tail between their legs. I don't see how I could ever go in there again, and I kind of think it's intentional to keep me away.
Great. Customer service. I purchased a fan for my bike and the saleswoman was on her way out be because the store was closing. She waited for me to get there and didn't rush me out even though I had several questions after I arrived. Thank you
I bought a 98 HD Road King from my father in law and rode it from Phoenix to my home in Alexandria, Virginia. Wanted to have it looked at after the long ride and start a base maintenance schedule for this beautiful bike. All the Harley shops in the NCR wouldn't even look at it because of the year. Not only did Margaret set me up with an appointment that weekend, when Roy changed the oil and gave it the "once over" they did not try to do any services that weren't needed or necessary. They gave the bike a thumbs up and we set a odometer date for a complete work up the next time I brought it in. It was awesome working with real people and people who know and love bikes. Definitely take your v twin here.
